Road Oddities

Of course this is easily identifiable as a Roman road, even without being called Watling Street… (it has in later years been named Denbigh Road)

Of course you know I’ll throw in an old map although there’s really not much to show in the “old” view – apart from the site of the end the West Coast Main Line…
