Road Oddities

At the south end of Barton-le-Clay, the old alignment of the A6 has become a sliproad from the old road through the village to the newer bypass.

I’m not quite sure it was worth the effort to provide two one-way sliproads (there is one behind the trees) to allow people access to/from 2 or 3 houses. Especially considering that just north of the village grade separation and bypassing disintegrates around Clophill anyway!
