Is Watling Street through Denbigh and Fenny Stratford part of the V4?
Milton Keynes Council are a bit unsure…
Road name signs state V4…
But have then been covered up…
However the lamppost numbering may be the strongest contender for claiming it as part of the V4, revealing the streetlight closest to Kelly’s Kitchen Roundabout at the south of MK to be the source of the V4, shown in the photo at the top of this post!
I believe the confusion may come because the V4 crosses over the V7 near Mount Farm Park. Of course the V roads should run perpendicular to each other in an ideal universe but Milton Keynes is not exactly straight.
