Rewind a few years and at this junction in Buncefield, Hemel Hempstead, the main road once had priority. Now two changes have been made simultaneously:
- The priority was given to both side roads
- One of the side roads was closed to motor traffic
This does give priority to cycles but I do wonder how many people will actually stop and check from that angle…
